  • Marketplace: can be purchased in the Genes section of the Marketplace for 1,200

Usage[]

  • Specialty Item: to use this item, left-click on it in your Hoard. This pulls up a menu that allows you to select which dragon you would like to use it on. Clicking a dragon shows you a preview of them with this gene before actually changing it. Once a dragon is selected, click Apply Changes to change their tertiary gene to Glimmer.

Appearance[]

The Glimmer gene applies a sparkling belly and horns to a dragon. On certain breeds, it affects other areas, such as a Pearlcatcher's pearl or a Coatl's tongue.

History[]

  • Glimmer was first announced in Words on the Wind Volume 12.[1]
  • Glimmer was released on July 17th, 2015.[2]
  • Upon release, the item description said it would change the tertiary gene of one dragon to Circuit. This was soon fixed.[3]
