Biography[]
Jessica Peffer was born on February 9th, 1983,[1] in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Columbus College of Art and Design in 2005 with a major in illustration.[2] Peffer often goes by "NeonDragon" when it comes to her official artworks. She has published several books on how to draw dragons under the moniker "J. NeonDragon Peffer", including DragonArt™ How to Draw Fantastic Dragons and Fantasy Creatures and Dragonart Evolution: How to Draw Everything Dragon.
In May of 2018, she suffered a back injury that required her to step back from active day-to-day work on Flight Rising.[3] With ongoing physical therapy, she has been able to slowly recover and return to the site.[4]
